3ds glitching

When it glitches like the power of screen doesn't come and the indicater light stays on

My 3D broke, well my bro did. It glitches. It turns off and on. It really gave me headaches. So I completely disabled the 3D.

thx cause we are thinking its a battery problem whith the battery life shortage cause about as soon as it fullly charged its drained and screen is not bright
