pikarceus (2012-08-20 21:07:00)You must be confused. The music is probably just slighty updated, like in OoT3D. Anyway, wait two weeks, and you'll feel a lot differently about this game. The hype is sweeping you up. You get nothing for getting 1,000,000 coins, just a title screen change.
DLC isn't even out yet. It is completely half-assed. I'm getting Castlevania over this, it has real effort put into it.

So stop saying it's a rehash without playing it. If you played a demo level at e3, well that doesn't tell you the whole game no does it?

@Ron-Justify getting this over Kingdom Hearts 3D, Theatrhythm, Heroes of Ruin, and Dead or Alive: Dimensions.
All those games have better graphics and much, much, much, much, much, much, more content. The content in NSMB 2 is pretty pitiful.

First things first:
Not a rehash.
You heard me Pikarceus, Pheonix68, and Pooface. (the 3 p's
The game doesn't use old music. It uses updated, more modern music that fits the game well. The game feels new, because it is new. The only problem I've encountered is putting the 3D all the way up makes the background blurry, but that's just minor setback.
Sure, some of the world layouts are the same as past ones, but the levels are completely different, plus there are several worlds that take a new, never-before seen layout. Also, the world count in this game is higher than the past two NSMB games.
I'll be coming out with a full review soon. But seriously, stop hating, this game is better than I thought, it even seems to be better than NSMB. Wii. So no hating (*ahem* DsiGuy321 *ahem*) you guys are just wasting your time complaining and whining about it being a rehash, when you haven't even played the darn game. It's a completely new experience, sure it's short, but you have no idea how long it takes to get 1,000,000 coins.
