Stick with GBA emulators dude. I got mine off the android black market. I don't know many DS emulators though... so IDK...

I should probably write a new story... but will I finish it?

Obviously the best one is Drastic. If you can't afford to pay for it get the Apk from the hundreds of sites to find stuff on or if you are using IOS then Jailbreak your device. I've had experience with it and it is by far the greatest I have used.
