An average day on Earth? Nope, there isnt a day that goes by that the Chosen don't make happen. All will be explained, but to truly understand what I'm saying, you have to open your mind. Let us begin shall we?

Those "videogames" you play are more than games. They're actually happening in a very very far off place. The same can be applied to any myths that you may think of. They live in an expansive series of regions in a galaxy far, far away.

Up until a year ago, a competition annually took place. Named the Arena of Myth, it was filled with many legendary creatures. It's main reason to exist was to prevent any creatures from feuding. It was a failed project, and in an attempt to cut all ties loose, they government sent agents to kill the past and present competitors. They failed. Then they were taken over. Over the following months, three members (Ryan, Justin, and Maria) made their way to forming a world government, with their special powers they were hailed as saviors by all religions. They began training soldiers with specific powers, and leading the world to world peace... up until the corruption broke out. An advanced virus capable of taking over organisms, and modifying them.

My name is Aaron, and due to recent events, I'm no longer allowed to use the powers I've gained from the Arena of Myth. I wasnt at least, but the corruption began growing in secret...

They have power.

I however don't care. I ran across the rooftops of New York city, in search for a way to start my name. The nighttime sky was fairly bright, and I couldn't help but feel alive.

"WHOOOO-HOOOO!" I shouted, jumping off of the roof of a skyscraper. I opened up a portal in front of me and soon I was sliding down a snowy mountain. After descending the mountain I came abruptly to a slide, and halted. I looked side to side then continued my run.

No corruption anywhere... no crime... well, I guess I know where to find some crime...

I would have to wait until I got more energy to open up another portal to the human world. I saw a village being attacked by odd zombie-ish beings. I quickly teleported to the scene, and in doing so lost all of my energy reserves. I was running on my vital energy, meaning I'd have to get more.

I was in the center of the village, which consisted of mainly log cabins other than the onslaught of zombie-ish creatures. A few feet away, I saw some headed my way. I scooped up a snowball and threw it at one, causing absolutely nothing to happen. So I ran towards the zombies and proceeded to fistfight them. According to Justin, I was immune to all forms of illness, disease, and corruption, so the most they could do was kill me.
I saw a blue haired individual wielding a spear, fighting several enemies. He was holding his own, probably protecting the citizens who had obviously hid in their homes. I juked the fist of an angry zombie, and pushed it at another creating a domino effect, toppling all of them down. I ran to help the loner, but his "workload" was done, so he ran to kill more.

"HEY, WAIT UP!" I shouted.

He obviously wasn't up for chat, so I decided to assist him. I began draining the remaining life force from the zombies, as he killed the others, and soon enough they were no more!

"Great! Now what was all this about?" I asked, "and who are you?"

"I am a prisoner, who was wrongly convicted of murder. One of these beasts had attempted to murder me in public. Unfortunately, the townsfolk planned on keeping me in jail for life, until this happened... they murdered everyone! What are these creatures..."
The look on his face showed he was truely confused.

"Well... they are part of a deadly race of monsters called the Corruption." I began explaining, "Nobody knows much of why they exist, but they destroy all in their pa-" a loud explosion signaled my attention. A huge monster began charging through the village. It looked as though it was a T-Rex, but it was naturally flaming. The snow on the ground began melting fiercely as it sprinted towards us, before we could react, it attempted to jump on us, but I tackled the blue haired warrior into the human world just in time.

We took some time to catch our breath on top of a large skyscraper before I explained to him what just happened.

I took him from his dimension, to this one. A planet similar to Earth exists, only it's in a different dimension. It has a lot of kinks, but it basically hosts some pretty weird things like Pokemon, or Locust drones, or even the land of Skyrim. I can freely travel to and from this place with enough energy stored. Although it requires the Spade tattoo, which I have over my heart. I took energy from a nearby backup generator and then I teleported the both of us back to his world... in a very familiar place...
