B:AO isn't out yet, but it probably has more content.

That being said, TLOU is flat out amazing.
The campaign is REALLY long, I've played over 10 hours and I'm only about 60% of the way through the main story. Not to mention there is a new game plus and TONS of collectibles and other little things like jokes and hidden conversations and rooms.

The online is great too. It encourages REAL strategy, not just holding down the shoot button.

My only complaint is that there are only two online modes and 7 maps, but I suspect the upcoming as of yet unrevealed DLC will solve that.

Uncharted 3 got extra maps and modes, hopefully TLOU will get the same. I personally want an infected survival mode.

It does require an online pass. I got it used, and Gamestop gave me a code for the online pass.
