Wake up.
Hygiene.
Nothing.
Then I go outside and parkour/freerun literally all day. It's great with good friends, and we do other stuff to that's not completely smart or legal like board trains. We don't start trouble or drug it up, and it's gotten to the point where if I'm at a carnival most rides aren't thrilling.
Go home and write music.
Sleep.
Repeat.

Put in A LOT of food in there and you have my day.
Oh and your mothers.
