I'd like to know what you do when you're sad or depressed. Like do you lie down, or just power through it.

With almost every bad emotion I get I just hold it in. Then I pretty much just go on top of this elementary school and lie down. Sadly I've fallen asleep on top several times... but still.

I cry, but I try to hold it when I'm alone. Then I just cry till I fall asleep. Then when I wake up, I eat and play some Super Monkey Ball.

I have depression, so what I do is just think about suicide, then think about me going to hell and not seeing my mom or day or brother again.... I also just search suicide on youtube.......
