1. Kid Icarus Uprising
2. Animal Crossing New Leaf
3. Monster Hunter 3 Ulitimate
4. Fire Emblem Awakening
5. Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance

Pokemon X and Y will probably top the list when it comes out though

I know the best-sellers were MK7, SM3DL, OOT, FE:A, and something else.

No, the highest rating are FE:A/ACNL ( both 9.6/10 IGN ) LM;DM ( 9.5/10 ) and some others. Look at the IGN rating

Game Informer Ratings-

Fire Emblem Awakening- 9/10
Luigi's Mansion- 8.5/10
Animal Crossing- 8.5/10
Resident Evil: Rev.- 9/10
I think Super Street Fighter 3D may have also gotten a 9...

By ratings, or logical belief? Because I consider FE:A the true highest rated game. AC:NL only recieved a gold-award. FE:A got the Platinum. LM: DM was sugar-coated or something. The game wasn't that great. But here's my list(In no paticular order):
1)Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
2) Legend of Zelda: Orcarina of Time
3) Fire Emblem: Awakening
4) Kid Icarus: Uprising
5)(None yet, but Pokemon X/Y may take 5th)

By the way, the best sellers for 3ds were Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
So, No, Fire Emblem Awakening was not a best seller. It didn't even sell 1 million copies. @imtheboss
