The base of the game is to make the town the best it can be, right? So here are some tips to get your town to be full of props as fast as possible!

Step one: When you become a full fledged mayor that is 100% supported by the community, save up 20,000 bells and go select an ordinace. When Isabelle asks you what type of town you want, pick "A wealthy town"
The ordinance will take place the next morning, and will cause all items to raise in price greatly.

Step two: Make sure a public project is underway at all times. It will slowly gain donations, which are determined by how nice you are to the citizens. Socialize and be nice to them! It helps. Along with the wealthy town ordinance, donations will be quicker and bigger, but that never stops you from donating yourself.

Step three: Now that the public work project is going along with the wealth ordinace, take out your fishing rod and go to the beach. Fish prices are very high, especially ones from the ocean. An inventory full of ocean fish can give you up to 23,000 bells! Along with doing that, travel to the tropical island and get all the exclusive fruit there. Plant banana's along your beach, an inventory full is recommended, as with the other fruit, except you plant them inland. Along with the wealth ordinace and the already high priced foreign fruit, the prices will be very high when you sell them.

Misc tips: Hit rocks with shovels often! They may break and give you rare ores! If they spit out money, keep on hitting it, don't stop to grab the bells that come out the first time!

Plant flowers and saplings often from the gardening store, (If you have it) if you keep a healthy town full of plant life, good things will happen. Water flowers often! (You get the watering can from Isabelle, listen to her town tips!)

Don't bother catching bugs then for any other reason then the tournaments and the museum. Their prices are low. Only catch rare ones such as the Birdwing Butterfly and Tarantula. They sell for high prices.

Another Tip: Have no money? Talk to Isabel and do the Stuff she asks, then she will Eventually give you Pears. Don't eat these pears, burry them in the Ground and in 3 days, you'll have 3 Pear trees and Burry those Pears. Then if you think you have alot, sell them to at the Re-tail Store!. Those pears go 500 Bells each.

( P.S you Ordinance thing works I sold 10 Fossils for 50,000 bells. )
