Hey guys. I recently started high rank quests, and I've completed around 10-11 quests. The Crimson Quepuca(Can't spell that right ) is one I can't get around, but I know how to beat that with proper items. However, I've ran into a wall many others have. I can't seem to beat the Pink Rathian. I have Lagia Hunting Horn or Thunder Clap LS to deal with this thing because it's weak to thunder and dragon elements. I've also equipped the Rathian armor all except the waist, I've Rathaloz armor on that(I'll get full Rathalos armor at some point pretty soon). These things should really destroy the thing, but I either run out of time or die from poison. Any suggestions/help/advice?

Get some might seeds,adamant seeds, paint, psychoserum,mega potions,regular potion,herbs,traps,and whetstones.

The adamant seeds should solve your getting killed 3 times problem. The might seed might help with killing fast. The paint and psychoserum help when you need to find the monster. Hope this helps.

-Bring 10 antidotes
-On top of that, bring 10 antidote herbs
-Always try to hit the head (If you have a hammer it's really easy to get massive head damage)
-Always eat a meal before the quest, try to get dragon resistance from the food options
-Bring max potions and an ancient potion if you can
-If its flying is a problem bring bounce bombs
-Bring flash bombs-stunning helps
-Go for the headshots when it breathes fire, get it from the side where it can't hit
-Get away when it's done spewing fire, that's when it'll swing its tail to poison you
-Buy a power charm from Port Tanzia, and make sure its in your pouch

I just spam attack till I see them in pain. Then I just you my might pills and demondrugs and kill them.
