It's because Jared wants to give everyone Aides. He wants to share his Aides with the world, he wants Aides for men, Aides for Women, and he especially wants children to have Aides.
That aside, It's just a bunch of fatties complaining because the healthy stuff doesn't agree with their rotund bellies.
