Today,i was playing SML2. I put it on Easy Mode (Because hard mode is hard R I entered a level. And at the bottom of the screen,this happened: Easy Mode





(Glitchy characters at the bottom)


Could someone please explain this?

Most likely a non-threatening problem with coding from back when it was released for the Game Boy. They don't fix errors when they port games to Virtual Console.
