So, I've been free-running lately, and there has been a problem. I hurt my knee (just a little) falling from 1-story. I love my shoes, but I need new ones with better shock absorbtion and grip. I'm also broke. I'll save roughly 60 bucks. What shoes would be best?
(My current shoes have no grip or shock absorbtion. They're worn out Vans.)
Also on a side note, where should I stash my current shoes.
