Still a rehash. Why couldn't this game have had new things like NSMB U? I mean, that acorn themed world looks fantastic.

You must be confused. The music is probably just slighty updated, like in OoT3D. Anyway, wait two weeks, and you'll feel a lot differently about this game. The hype is sweeping you up. You get nothing for getting 1,000,000 coins, just a title screen change.
DLC isn't even out yet. It is completely half-assed. I'm getting Castlevania over this, it has real effort put into it.

Everything about this game has been known since 7/28.

@Ron-Justify getting this over Kingdom Hearts 3D, Theatrhythm, Heroes of Ruin, and Dead or Alive: Dimensions.

All those games have better graphics and much, much, much, much, much, much, more content. The content in NSMB 2 is pretty pitiful.

The game does seem very short, even taking into account Star Coins. I've heard Coin Rush extends gameplay a bit, but compared to games like KI:U and MK7, bleh.

Too bad the game doesn't have 3DS friend leader boards like Zen and Marvel Pinball 3D, tsk, tsk.

It's their money maker, so they'll be going all-out. I would be very excited if they had put as much effect into the game as their advertisements for it.

The game doesn't deserve such advertising.

Congrats on getting a crappy title screen change. Now you just have to grind to 9,999,999 coins for ANOTHER crappy title screen change.

This is why I dislike the game, they make a huge fuss over getting a million coins when the reward is completely worthless.

I'm sorry, but the only think you really need to play a game to judge is the GAMEPLAY.

I know everything that is in NSMB 2, it is a huge rehash, and only Nintendo fanboys are denying it. I'm not saying it isn't "fun," but it is enormously lazy and uninspired.

@Ron-Would you have liked Skyward Sword as much if it had the same story, graphics, content, layout, and music of [insert previous Zelda here]?

Notice how Nintendo only pulls this crap with Mario, because people will buy it regardless of how lazy it is.

They don't do this garbage with Metroid or Zelda because the know they'll get slammed by both critics and fans, whereas with Mario they could put a turd in a box and it would still get over a 70% on metacritic and sell a million copies."

I'm not disagreeing with your comments...but seriously, you don't have to go all-out. I'm pretty sure everyone understands you hate the game.
