On July 28, along with the release of the 3DS XL, the Europeans get Freakyforms Deluxe

And they get the new art academy

As downloadable retail titles. And most likely this will be coming to other regions at a later time. And Nintendo of Europe has confirmed that every title you download digitally will double the coin amount earned on club Nintendo and if you download the game digitally within the first 4 weeks, your will be eligible to receive that double.
