That's strange it should work again if you just unplugged the modem....hmmm.........and you plugged it back in.......hmmm......check the modem properties and see if any type of number is deleted like the IP or the DNS. If that's still there try resetung the modem manually. These a button in the back. If none of this stuff works tell me what kind of modem you have so I can look up the schematics on Google.
