So yea guys, this might just persuade some people to digitally download New Super Mario Bros. 2 thorugh the eShop when it releases. Buying the game normally scores you 50 coins in Club Nintendo, downloading it scores you 100.

To get the 100 coins, all you have to do us link your Club Nintendo account with your eShop account, then buy NSMB 2.

This will probably make up for the missing game cartridge, box, and everything else. However, this is only an exclusive event, being that this is the first downloadable retail title, so future downloadable titles will most likely not give you double the coins.

So what do you think? On August 19th, will you download it for the 100 coins, or buy it from your local retailer and get only 50 coins?

Plus, if you select the option of "Planning to buy this game" thorugh Club Nintendo, you still get 10 coins extra by taking a pre-survey.

just read on NL and it said that it comes with a free download of donkey kong too bad this promotion is only for japan...for now
