Kirby's 20th Anniversary panel is now available through Spotpass. Just go to the home menu and close your 3DS for awhile, until you get the LED blue Spotpass light. The panel is a 5X8 puzzle, which proves it to be hard to accomplish. Current panels are-

Kirby's Dream Land

New Super Mario Bros. Wii
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D

Kirby's 20th Anniversary

NOTE:These panels are only the ones I have. There might be more,
