Actually Nintendo doesn't do the online part of flipnote. Hatena does, what antenna needs to do is to just have a filter in their system. Like if someone posted a spinoff that is just like the original, then the system filter will notice this and remove it. And same on with the other problems.
Plus don't worry peeps, flipnote 2 is on the way, either by this end of the year or Q1 of next year.
