As we all know there will be downloadable 3DS retail games. These are cartridges that you can download via the Nintendo eShop. Order Up is confirmed to be a download. There is extremly high chances that the same will happen with New Super Mario Bros. 2, Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon

..... nsmb2 is a download as well as a retail game.
Order up was supposed to be a retail game but they put it on eshop instead. With the other games its the same way as nsmb2.
