I doubt it will cost that much, knowing Nintendo. But yeah, this is amazing. Like Zoomer said, the first thing that comes to mind is Zelda.

No, no, no. You aren't touching the top screen. You are holding the stylus in front of the top screen a few inches away. It will detect the stylus and allow you to manipulate things. It is a great way for the 3D to affect gameplay. This won't affect past apps/games like Colors! 3D, this is for the future.
