System Errors: Happening More Often?

It seems that nowadays, 3DS system errors (which immediately close any applications you are using without saving data [and erase history and cookies from the Internet Browser], return you to the HOME menu with an error message, and either suggest or force restart) are happening much more often, at least for me. In fact, this never happened to me until a month or so ago. Is it just me, and something wrong with my 3DS, or is it happening to everyone due to some kind of server error?

When I close the 3DS browser, it freezes every once in a while, and I have to do a force power down.

that sucks eathan!
I dont get freezes but I did break my screen (the backlite wouldnt come on) after sending it to nintendo 2 times they gave me a new one. the first time they didnt fix it @-@ they reprogamed the soft ware when it was a hard wear problem. dummys must never have even opened it. (I keep a hard cover on my 3ds at all times now) not to mention it was covered in magic marker (from labeles they were filling out) I had to use rubbing alcohol to remove it.
that was a frustrating 3ds time in my life :L
