I don't want a huge ass screen, but an HD screen on the 3DS would be amazing. A 3D screen on the Vita wouldn't be great because the Vita only has one screen so you look down on it, as opposed to looking straight at the 3DS's top screen. Looking down on a stereoscopic screen equals ghosting.
But then again, I guess they could tweak it.

I wouldn't like a bigger screen then it wouldn't be portable in your pocket and thats mostly like making another DSiXL But it'll be 3DSXL
