Those games are only for 3ds ambassadors, people who bought the 3DS before the price cut on august 12th. Sory, but you won't be able to download those until nintendo releases them for non ambassadors and they will not be free.

When you click on games that are rated M you have to put in your age so nintendo knows whether or not you can view that content.
