I don't believe the 3DS version has online. Just wireless.
Also, while Capcom has implied they will bring it to the U.S, they haven't confirmed it.

But the 3DS version has better lighting and shadowing than the Wii version, and runs at twice the FPS.

@Phoenix-It's an impressive feat nonetheless. Keep in mind the image has to be rendered twice to make the 3D.
