Name:Arc
Arc is a elemental quadruped dragon who used to be human. He has spikes, which look like thunderbolts, which run in a straight line from the back of his neck to the tip of his tail, 2 thunderbolt shaped horns plus a nose horn coming outta his head, and 2 pairs of equally sized wings, which are now a gold color, due to a DNA link he had shared with Flame. He's also the legendary electric/water/wind dragon. He now has 4 special spikes on his tail, near the tip, which has electricity arcing between them, if his current form doesn't seal his electric abilities, and a special marking on his neck, which he doesn't touch for a reason. However, he and Flame found out that HE'S Flame's adopted brother! There's now a Pokeball mark on his right shoulder, which triggers a special transformation, if hit by the right thing, or the right item is near it . . .
