If you can somehow learn to just shrug it off and ignore it, that will help tremendously.

If you show that the person is truly having an effect on you, it will only make an incentive for more cruelty.

But what I like to do (I never get offended when people curse at me) I like to make the person mad I'll just act normally, maybe a little happy, cause I find it hilarious how much of their time their willing to waste, and hard they're willing to try to upset you.

Basically, don't let it get to you, and some fun with them
