This is kind of on a scale between opinion/range/close combat damage, and their charge duration, the actual projectile shootout, reload, size and speed. I may be wrong on some of them but this is all on 100 value.

This is why most staffs are not top (Staffs are top tier, so is claws, this is all based on the speed the user is granted while using them, it just depends on the approach from the opponent). NO POWERS WERE USED DURING THE TESTING. It's easy to god-like a weapon with a mixture of certain powers and abilities.
