I don't know what I did, but I got my 3DS's top and bottom screens completely blue, and several numbers and letters were arranged on them. I don't know exactly what happened, but I hafe another 3DS. I took pictures, and will post them soon.

I remember going to Target and went into the electronics section, when I found a messed up DS on display. The screens were all black and there were random green numbers all over.

If you see a black screen with letters and numbers on the top-left corner of the display screen, then your DS is damaged, probably permanently bricked. You need to see an expert to be able to fix it, or send it to Nintendo.
