Psh, I like something complicated. So are we doing a single party rule, or is voting an option?

If voting is an option, is it through representatives, or does everyone vote?

If everyone votes, is there a limit to what they can vote for?

Or do we just do this Mafia style with a basic chain of command for a main branch, with side branches operating on their own with a selected leader?
