No,if you win 1st round,and he wins 2nd,the the 3rd decides the winner. If someone wins both 1st and 2nd,then there's no need to do the 3rd.

If you tie,then keep fighting until there's a winner,using the best 2/3 method.

When we both didn't use aries and libra,I beat him by 3 kills and he started complaining saying it wasn't fair b/c he couldn't use his favorite sett.
