It doesn't look better? I'm sorry, I thought it did look much better. Apparently I was wrong.
Also, here's a good picture that highlights the graphical updates.

No new features that the original didn't have? What is spotpass? Streetpass? GTS? Every form of wireless interactions you are capable of engaging in with your copy of the game? Horde battles? Triple battles? Mega evolutions, for god's sake!?

The original Majora's Mask ran at 20fps.

The 3DS version may run at 60fps, also has updated visuals, content, etc.

But the difference is, we already know about ORAS since E3. We don't know about MM that much yet.

You can't compare the difference between a pixelated and a polygon upgrade. The graphics for ORAS seem a lot better because the game didn't have 3D models to begin with. Majora's Mask did though.

There's also only been 7 real main series PokÃ©mon games. Two versions and Yellow, Emerald, etc. don't count. B/W 2 do, because they're sequels.

Before you say Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons are "two versions" they aren't. They have different storylines, dungeons, bosses, and Ages is puzzle based while Seasons is combat based.

MM3D = Rated T or higher, everypony happy.
MM3D = Rated E-E10+, Nintendo, Ben drowned in Majora's Mask 3D.

I am back after years of inactivity. I am excited to see how this place has changed over the years.
