Alright. So here's my theory. You can't really know who someone likes. So just go on what you feel about them, and how you would react to what they do. If someone asks if they like you, and they answer quickly and very emotionally, give it a day, then talk to them. Then if you get along well enough, ask them out.

Actually I do, All the time, And I'm usually successful -p You just have to look for ways to get her out of your mind. Spend time with your family and friends, Play games, Read a book.
