Civilians shouldn't have guns, period.

But we can't limit access to arms. Not unless we want a repeat of what happened with the Alcohol back in the 20s.

360 No scope when it hits are awesome. TBH I'm draw on this because if you live in the ghetto you need one for best chance of survival when you got a gang coming after you. But if the person is mentally screwed up they shouldn't have access.

There should be an age limit and you should need a licence, but it's better to have a gun and not need to use it rather than being in danger and not having a gun and needing one.
