He's directing us to the gaming forum like we don't know where it is. If someone breaks the rules, send them a PM informing them of this.

It's a moderators job to enforce the rules, not baw about the individuals breaking them.

He's telling everybody in misc. in general. Plus, look at the stickied topics. A lot of mods have already done what Pikarceus just did, making a topic instead of PMing every single person who breaks the rules. @Screamer
