Aang - Shu and Aang usually compete to see who is the better Airbender out of the two. Otherwise, they are good friends.
Katara: The two are literally sisters to the end. Katara dresses up Shu in girly clothes but Shu usually regrets letting her do this to her.
Sokka - Shu admires Sokka. Although they can butt heads they always make up. They both can be a little silly even when the situation is serious.
Toph - They are both strong and they are good friends. Toph might train Shu some of her moves every once in a while.
Zuko - Long lost friendship that turned into a rivalry. Although when they met they recall old childhood memories.
