There have been times when some user and or pornography poster comes on and starts spamming the forums with useless topics.

My suggestion:

Every user can only post 2 - 3 topics daily.

It surely does seem like a good suggestion to me to prevent topic spamming.

I'm not actually sure if this is possible, but it would help..
