Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Dimensions

"Now, I want you to go buy some Oran berries, along with Pecha and Cheri Berries." "C-can you write that down?" "Fine, hang on. Here." The writing was in... footprints? "I can't read this... can you write it in Unown runes?" "How can you know an ancient language that the humans wrote but not the modern language? Wait, are you... human? no, it can't be... can it?" "U-um... that's all I remembered before I lost my memories... so I am human..." "I... I'm sorry for getting angry at you. I thought you were lying, but I think I can tell you're not. Here." Leif gave me the list in Unown runes. "One question, where's the shop?" "Go out the house, turn left and..."
As I went to the market, I saw a panicking Oshawott. "Uh, hey, Oshawott, what's wrong?" "I lost my scallop! Help me find it!" the voice was feminine and I think she's a klutz. I found the scallop over near some dark types; A Sneasle, Murkrow and Poochyana. I went to pick up the scallop but the Sneasle picked it up in a blink of an eye. "Is your lady friend looking for this? Well too bad, it's mine now!" the three dark types ran off in the direction of Sapphire Tunnel.
Leif's going there! He won't stand a chance with that Sneasle!
"Come on, Oshawott, let's go get your scallop back!" "I have a name, you know. It's Aqua, so what's your's?" "It's Ice, now let's go!" I grab Aqua's arm and run to Sapphire Tunnel.
Once I arrived at Sapphire Tunnel, I saw Leif badly injured. "Leif! Oh no, were you injured by a Sneasle, Murkrow and Poochyana?" "Yeah... They went into the cave..." "...Aqua, stay here and help Leif get to his feet. I'll chase after those scoundrels. "Ice... You can't... not on your own..." "I have n-no c-choice! D-don't worry about me!" "I... trust you..."
I walk into the tunnel, my fire lighting up the place to reveal sparkling sapphires along the cave. The light reflecting off them makes it easy to see, but I saw a Poliwag. The Poliwag came charging at me but I dodged in the nick of time and slashed the poliwag's back, dealing enough damage to make it pass out. I kept walking an I found an Oran berry stash. I cautiously grabbed two and put them in the pockets of my parka. Thankfully, no Pokemon retalliated and I got to the end of the tunnel, opening out to a glade with an apple tree in the middle. Also in the middle were the three dark types. "So you actually followed us. No mere feat for a Charmander. I'm impressed." the Sneasle said. "We are Team SMP, one of many teams in the guild of thieves. If you want the Scallop back, I'll go one on one against you. If you win, you get the scallop. But if you lose, that parka is mine. Deal?" I nod and ready my claws. The Sneasle does the same. I run up to the Sneasle anticipating him to dodge, so I feinted to the left to make him dodge right, then hit his flank. He fell in pain, as I notice that he's defence is quite low. One more hit shall fell him. "You're good... but are you fast?" The Sneasle then used double team, surrounding me with eight clones. I decided to listen closly to the sound of the wind, so I could pinpoint Sneasle's exact location. I found it and slashed away at the Sneasle and as expected, he was to exhausted to get up. "You... win... this isn't the end..." Sneasle threw the scallop at me and I caught it, as well as taking an apple to eat.
I got out of Sapphire Tunnel to see Leif and Aqua shocked. "H-how did you do it? You're something else, Ice!" exclaimed Leif. I handed the scallop to Aqua, who tripped over a rock and dropped the scallop again. Aqua placed it on herself, embarrassed. "Ice! Thank you so much! I wish I could repay you..." "Don't worry about it. I don't remember anything of my past so I can't really have you do anything for me." "Were you by chance, a human?" "Yes, why?" "There's a prophecy passed down by my village that a human will become a pokemon and restore peace to the land, I'll take you to my village to learn more about it. "Ok."
Chapter 1 is called Prophecy but it got cut off due to the word limit...

I said yes and we went off, starting the journey to Aqua's hidden village. "Hey Aqua, what's your village like?" "It's hard to explain, but only a select few from outside the village know the way to it. I can't tell you any more until we get there." "Why?" "I was told that it's because Pokemon can overhear us and make their way to it." "Makes sense, I guess."
I feel like we're being followed as we speak, but telling Aqua will alert them, and I want to know why they're following us...
Several hours later, I hear Aqua's stomach growl. I sweat-dropped and asked if she wanted to stop for lunch. She agreed but became embarrassed after looking through her bag. She forgot to stock up on apples. Luckily, Leif gave me a bag full of oran berries and apples for the trip. I gave her an apple and after we ate, I heard a rustling in a nearby bush. I get up and ready my claws, knowing that it's whoever was following us. "S-show yourself!" The rustling stopped and after a few seconds, something lunged at me from the bush. I blacked out.
"...Up! Wake up!"
Ugh... Can't move... Is that Aqua's voice? Paralysis... It couldn't be a stun-spore... I was lunged at... It looked green, just like-
"Ice, get up! Don't quit on me just yet! I need you!"
I barely nod to give Aqua a sign that I'm conscious.
"Ice, you must be paralyzed! Oh no, this is bad... I think I have a cheri berry on me... Yes, I do! Here!" I feel my mouth being force fed something, probably the cheri berry. I start to open my eyed, with a very worried Oshawott looking over me. I sit up and look around the cell we've been thrown into. It's old and tattered, nothing like that other one when I first woke up. "Ice, I believe we're in Stone City. I've passed through the city multiple times to know that the whole city has walls like these. We're not far from the place." "Place? Oh, right. That place." I inspect the prison bars and feel the coldness of metal.
I can't use fire attacks yet, but I can use my tail flame...
I put my fire on the bars and it cracked. "Aqua, use your razor shell to break through the metal." "Ok!" Aqua slashed through the bars, causing them to break. Some of the pieces looked like thorns, so I collected some and put it in my bag. We ran through the prison until we came across a bunch of Graveler and Onix blocking the exit. "Aqua, take the front lines. I'll support you on the back." "How will you support me? You don't do well against rock types." I pull out some Iron thorns. "I picked up the remains of those bars, I should be able to hurl them at the rock types. The metal will deal severe damage, aswell." "Ok, let's do this!"
Five Onix and five Graveler... This will be hard...
Aqua started with her razor shell, cutting through a Graveler as if it were butter. I hurl Iron thorns at an Onix, piercing it's skull. The Onix start charging at Aqua, but their long, slow tails made them unable to land a hit on Aqua, and she countered with her razor shell, which defeated two more onix. The Graveler came charging at me with their rollout and I got hit a couple of times, which really hurt. I was only able to counter one Graveler with Iron thorns, defeating it, but I only have two left. But for some reason, defeating the Graveler made my claws feel more stronger. Aqua cut through the last two Onix. I was about to hurly my last two throns but then they started to glow, and they were absorbed into my claws, now glowing white. I was then able to tear through the three remaining Graveler just like Aqua did with the Onix. "That must have been... Metal Claw..." I said, exhausted. "Let's go, Aqua... before more show up..." She nodded and we ran out the prison, towards her village.

...Where am I?
I wake up in a prison cell that looks all smooth and futuristic and then I got up from the ground, the pressure releasing off my... tail? I grab it, realising that my hands have claws on it and my skin's orange, and I pull the tail in front of my face to see that it has a fire on the tip.
I'm a Charmander? but I used to be human... Hang on. I don't remember anything before this! Whats going on?
I start freaking out when I realise this and ran around the cell, then I heard some footsteps, so I went to the bars of the cell. I saw a human security guard and he turned to me and said "Come with me, Charmander. We're done experimenting with you and it's a success, such a shame though that we have to kill you to make sure the world doesn't find out about this." I started to panic and when he opened the cell I jumped up and scratched him in the face, then I ran off down the futuristic hallway. I heard more footsteps down the corridor and saw some crates to hide in. I flipped the opening to the ground and went inside of it. I overheard the two scientists as they were walking by. "I would say that Experiment 143 codename Ice was a success, wouldn't you say?" "Yes, now we can create a super army of Charizards to rule the world with!"
My name... is Ice? And they want to take over the world? I guess this world doesn't have pokemon in it...
After they passed by, I got out of the crate and kept running until I heard a weird sound, something otherworldly. I went to where the noise was coming from and saw that there was a portal. Deciding it's my only way out of here, I decided to run towards it but I was stopped by two security guards. "If you want to escape, you have to go through us!" They were holding guns but I know that dragon scales are rather tough, so it didn't bother me much. I ready my claws and run at them, the guards having terrible aim and I scratched one of the guards' face and he dropped his gun in the process. I picked it up and shot the other guard, just as he shot me, however the scales absorbed most of the damage and only caused a minor wound. I dropped the gun and ran to the portal, making it through to a new world, unknown by humans.

Ugh... my head... Where am I?
As I wake up, I look around to see that I'm in a house of sorts. The windows aren't made of glass, instead it keeps intruders out with a wooden frame in a plus shape. I notice that I was on a sheet of rock, probably because the rest of the house is made of wood. I conclude that someone found me passed out from the travel and took me to their house to rest up. I then heard footsteps and It came from a Treecko who noticed that I was awake. He has a distinctive scar across his eye, presumably from a battle. "Hello, I see that you're awake. Care to tell me why you were passed out in the fields?" He seems like the serious type, so I answered him. "A portal? Only Palkia and Arceus can make portals out of thin air! Do you expect me to believe that?"
I doubt he'll believe me if I say that I used to be human... but I should stay with him for now, he probably knows this area well.
"So you have amnesia? Isn't that just perfect?! Who are you fooling?!" As he gets angrier, I decided to ask where we are, in hopes of calming him down. "This is Crystal Village, which resides next to Crystal Lake. And no, it's not connected to Crystal Caverns, that's over in the Treasure Town area. Here, I'll give you a Wonder Map of this region. It updates when you say the name of a town or dungeon and puts the name of it next to a dot. It also shows your current position. But first, you have to claim ownership of it or it won't work. All you have to do is put your hand on this circle on the top left corner of the map." I did as instructed and my hand print was registered on the circle, showing a grey shadow of it. "Do you see the yellow dot in the middle of the map? That's where we are. Only you can tell it the names of towns and dungeons or it won't recognize it. Say Crystal Village and Crystal Lake to see them on the map." I said the names and two blue dots appeared on the map, signalling the entrances to the areas. "Wait, does that mean Crystal Lake has a dungeon in it?" "Not in the lake, but next to it. There's a cave entrance that's called Sapphire Tunnel and is full of Water Pokemon, so I'd advise you not to go there without a grass or electric type. Got it?" I nod. "Um, what's your name? Mine's Ice, at least I think it is..." "Name's Leif. Here, this was with you when you were passed out in the fields." Leif handed me a blue parka, Charmander sized. I was wary that it would burn up if I wore it, Leif saw this and said the fabric's fireproof. I put it on and it fit me perfectly. "Hey, Leif... I don't have anywhere to go, so can I stay with you for now? I promise not to be a burden..."
