Sudomemo has a way to let people use Hatena on their DSi again, but all the flipnote from before the site went down are gone.

What pisses me off is that the original Hatena had some really good artists who actually put effort into their work. On sudomemo's Hatena, though, all the videos are poorly drawn, and each creator says that their main stuff is on their youtube.

so, nobody's posting their good work on Hatena because they have youtube to put it on. Now there's no community, no well known creators, no interesting ongoing series to look at, etc. (sorry for the rant)

I loved those stick fights. It's funny how everyone gave their "villain" cloning powers and hardly did any of the fighting itself. There was one guy who actually did a unique one and used the song "more" by Usher

Ok ya see, there were people who were using swapnote inappropriately, so what they did was that they disabled it. And so they were thinking that it will happen to Flipnote Hantena so they cancelled Hantena so something like that wont happen.

What I dont get about this is that Flipnote and Swapnote are two different things. Things went well on the DSi version of Flipnote so I dont get why they would think that it would be way different than before. There are lots of dumb people like us nowadays but why couldn't they give them a chance and delay it if it goes bad? Could they try to do something about it instead of delaying it and try to make it safe? There is dumb people on Miiverse and does stupid things but they do something about it and try but not Flipnote?

All that excitement people were having and couldn't wait for it to be out but it has all ended into a big disappointment. Yes they gave us Flipnote on the website but its not with hantena and its still disappointing without it.

it was like the youtube of the dsi, and sometimes i preferred the dsi over 3ds just because of it. good times indeed
