Alright, I think it's time I've addressed this nonsense that a certain someone (not saying names here) has been throwing at me. I don't know if it's his starvation that's got his panties in a bunch, or if it's the fact that he'll never get in another certain sombodies pants that's starting to sink in or what, but here's the thing; I wanted to just ignore this at first, but I think lately he's stepped over the line.

But first let me make it clear, I have harbor no animosity towards Nigel. In fact, I think he's a pretty nice guy. A hardworking, level headed, and deeply introspective young fellah who is destined to do great things for the world. However, as I've said before, he stepped over the line.

How did he go too far, you may ask? Well, as indicated in the spoiler above (which you may now open), he made the implication that I have only recently entered the meme world and have no idea as to what I'm doing and what I have I store for me.

Yes, he has questioned my knowledge on memes many times before, but claiming that I have no experience in the meme world whatsoever? I'm not just gonna let that comment slip by.

Nige, this isn't a personal attack against you, but look buddy. I know memes, ok? I've dealt with my fair share of memes in the past just like you have, and I've learned a thing or two about them.

Sure, maybe in the past I've made some awful memes and gotten away scot free. While others are constantly reminded of the mematic blunders of their past, mine seem to be the most forgiven of them all, and I totally understand the unfairness of that. But to assume that I haven't crafted a half decent meme in my life, only because you're being blinded by the anger of what I've done in the past, that's childish, to put it bluntly.

I can't un-meme the memes that I've memed. You can't hold on to past memes forever. It's time to let go, rather than let it eat away at your soul. I've had my upvotes and my downvotes in life, I know how it is. I've seen memes that I wish I hadn't (and some of those were, regrettably, memed by my own two hands).

Hell, just recently (year ago to be exact) I experienced a meme that changed my life forever. It is now a part of me that I can never get rid of, a meme I can only live with and accept. I know memes, dude. I have known memes for a very very long time. And you do too. Most of us do. Sorry if this comes off as harsh, but you're not unique.

You seem to think your contribution to the memes economy will be the only that holds any significance, and frankly, I disagree whole heartidly.

Just because you don't see me when my memes don't shine best, doesn't mean you know my memes and the path in which I take to mold them. I know you're memes have potential. I'm even willing to bet that your memes are better than my memes. Still, don't go around wagging your little finger at people, telling them that they don't understand memes, because you never know. They could have memes inside of them more brilliant that you've ever seen. And I'm not claiming to be some sort of latent meme lord, I'm just saying you can't ever know for sure the reason behind people's memes and what they're own memes mean to them.

To understand my memes, you have no choice but to understand me, and clearly you're not willing to do that. I could teach you a thing or two about memes, believe it or not. I'm sure there's also a lot I could learn from you as well. We're all finding our ways through the meme world, figuring out what works best for us and trying the best we can to be a good meme lord for our community, and although it may not show in some areas or in some places, you never truly know a person's memes until you know all aspects of said person's world.

And if you still don't believe that I got memes, then I'll show you memes, buddy. Oh I'll definitely show you. I'll tell you the tales of the greatest memes I've ever owned, how I've made them, and how I've gotten through the toughest memes I've ever seen. It's been a long journey for me. I've come a long way to get where I am now, and when all your memes crumble, you know I'll be there to help replenish their darkness. Have a meme-tastic day, buddy ol'pal.

And the reason I posted this in misc is because I think we can all apply these words to our lives every once in a while. It's important to try and understand where the ingredients for other people's memes come from, and how it was put together before you just dismiss their memes and something bad you've projected onto it from within yourself. Give all memes a chance, and if they make you cringe into oblivion, don't get mad at the memester. Maybe they're still learning. We weren't all born able to meme, my friend, and I hope you all find your meme path.
