There are way too many people at my school who claim they've "figured me out" (whatever that's supposed to mean. There's nothing complicated to "figure out".) These are the people who only see me in classes where I don't talk much. They always come up to me, thinking they're "saving" me from being alone, because they assume I'm quiet everywhere.
They think they are my favorite person after just a few days of small talk. These kinds of people brag about being "friends" with me. I'm not a shiny pokemon. Just a mildly interesting person who's quiet sometimes.
Do I keep letting them think these things? No, I drop plenty of hints that I'm not a social outcast which they will react to with shock. Still, they can't let go of the delusion that I'm what they assumed I was. It's hard to smile and stay polite when I deal with these people, and explain multiple times that I'm not a social outcast.
It's always funny when they end up being in another one of my classes, notice that I'm actually pretty damn loud, and get visibly insecure when they talk to me and I don't show nearly as much interest in them as I do to the other people I talk to a lot. It's a little mean, yes, but it teaches them a valuable lesson. It doesn't really make me that mad, it's just a mild annoyance.

Alpaca (2016-06-30 10:50:09)Yeah I just woke up not that long ago and I feel physically ill. I went to a fair last night and came home super tired and woke up with a stomach ache basically, nothing too terrible. But you know that feeling when you have just a stomach ache but it's still annoying? Yeah, that's it.
So it's no wonder I'm typing out all these posts, mostly just somewhat incoherent rambling.
