Make fun of me all you want but, I like musicals. I've only seen a few, only one was live but I like them. Just....discuss musicals. Any musicals. They don't have to be Broadway musicals either.

I just exist at this point. Nothing too special going on.

Heathers has a musical, fun fact. I didn't see the "official" off-Broadway production but I did see it preformed live at a local theatre.

It was great.

I've seen a few film adaptations of musicals, but as said, my only live musical so far has been Heathers the Musical.

Anyone seen RENT? I've seen the 2005 film adaptation 3 times. It's so good.

I hate (hate) Rent.

Generally, I like musicals; Phantom Of The Opera (2004) is my favourite movie of all time, and I also love Wizard Of Oz, Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory and Little Shoppe Of Horrors.

If I may ask, why do you hate RENT? Like I just wonder why....

I love RENT, and everyone I know who has ever seen it loved it. So I'm just a bit interested in hearing from someone who doesn't like it.

To me, it's unlikable. I hate the music, the characters seem flat and two-dimensional, the story, or what's there, is paper-thin, at best...

Honestly, the only thing I liked about it was the parody in Team America. On the flipside, I can't see how anyone can like anything about it, much less love the whole thing.
