Since we all know that the DOOM thread died, I thought I'd make a QUAKE thread instead; to not only share our experiences with the game series whether it be some tense moments in id's first true 3D game, quick action packed moments in QUAKE 2's Singleplayer, and not to mention the fast-paced breakneck duels that would occur over shoddy 56k internet in the beloved QUAKE 3 Arena. Or, you can talk about any of the other games (Q4, QUAKE Live, etc), whatever tickles your fancy.

I also wanted to make this thread as a way to celebrate QUAKE's return in the wake of DOOM (2016)'s success. If you aren't aware/weren't around for Bethesda's E3 showing, QUAKE is getting a new addition to the franchise with QUAKE: Champions, a fast paced online shooter which plays similarly to Overwatch in the regards that you will be able to play as class-based "heroes".
