What do you think it's like to die?

Do you believe in a religious after life?

Do you believe your soul finds a new body to reside in?

Do you believe the energy of your consciousness leaves your body as some sort of "spirit"?

Here's what I think.

Do you remember what it was like before you were born? Because that's what it's like to be dead. Or at least I think it is.

That's pretty much what I think. It sucks because I don't know. Not not knowing what's gonna happen to you is terrifying, and death is how I think it is, then that's even more terrifying.

^ Religion, like literally everything in life, requires a quantity of faith. I don't know that I'm going to Heaven, but I have faith, and believe that I will. I don't know that anything in recorded history actually happened, much less happened how it is said to have (as I didn't witness it with my own eyes; even with the sliver that I have, I'd have to trust my eyes and memories), but I have faith that most of it did to an extent. I could go a lot deeper, but alas, I am lazy, and typing on my phone gets to be a chore.
