Name/Deleted accounts

Unexplained suspicious usernames or emails usually get rejected in order to prevent alts or spammers from joining....your account was likeky mistaken to be an "illegal" alt, so this is why you should confirm your switch with a profile mod before you create the account.
Inactive accounts are deleted in order to make space, I believe. With the countless alts that are made, it's a pretty good idea.

Ok so first how do I get a name change? (this name was 13 year old me)
Second how long must an account be inactive to be deleted? I had an account near the beginning of 3dsp and it was inactive for like half a year and got deactivated, just wondering. And also what's the point of deactivation? (curious)
