So my dad basically just GAVE me one of his monitors; obviously, I was excited, as I've only been using only one for way too long...

But You guys know I play Geometry Dash, right? And any body that knows Geometry Dash knows that the game is HEAVILY timing based. Yeah, you see where the problem is.

So recently whenever I've recently opened the game, there's a massive fps drop. It (for whatever reason) doesn't do this with games like osu!, which is weird but not the problem.

So I unplugged the monitor, and the drop is gone... What the m8... My new monitor/having two monitors is ing up my gaming... Obviously, I need to fix this, while keeping both monitors.

How? Please help ;-;

There's other things you can do like playing with the settings, get a better graphics driver, or even getting a better graphics card.

"play better games" you. I like rhythm games.

"playing with the settings" No in-game settings help.

I just got a brand new one last week.

If it's something like Intel graphics then you should be able to alter the settings for that. Don't know about NVIDIA.

Well, rhythm based platforming is what it really is, but I do the same thing.
