What if the person with Alzheimer was a rapist and now has forgotten all his bad actions? Should he be kept punished?
For religious people, do you think they'd be sent to hell when they die?
What if the Alzheimer dude cheats being married?

I was curious how its viewed by devoted Christians
If one believer has no memory of themselves or about Jesus, should they be accepted?

or I guess its believed his memory is restored when ones dies and go to judgement?

Would the 'cheating' husband that didn't remember his wife feel guilty..

would he get to keep both women's pleasure in the afterlife?

What about other non-Alzheimer people that committed sins and now feel guilty at judgement? ?

0/10, too much .

And coming from me, that really is something to be ashamed of.

In the eyes of the law, a criminal who "forgot" that he committed a crime does not change the fact that he did commit the crime...I believe an "Alzheimer Criminal" should still be prosecuted.

As for salvation for someone who lost their memory, that's a good question. It can't be definitely answered because it's not explicitly mentioned in scripture, however I personally believe if a devout Christian who later suffered from Alzheimers was still living their life in accordance to scripture (if they lost their memory, they would likely hear it again at some point), God would accept them because they had done all in their physical ability.

Jesus forgives all sins--if the Alzheimer man who forgot he had a wife and got married to another woman (therefor committing adultery), he could still be convicted of his sin and repent, poor memory or not...as long as he actually repents. It is stated in the Bible that all sins will be condemned whether you were conscious of committing them or not (unless you ask for forgiveness).

There is no marriage in heaven...that is an enjoyment only for earth. That being said, that means you don't take/have your spouse in heaven, and that also implies no procreation or "physical pleasure".

All will feel guilty on Judgement Day...which is why Christians preach at such an annoying rate, because this is the only moment in your life when you have the chance to repent and devote your life to Christ. Bible-thumpers aren't trying to criticize, annoy, or sound smarter than you--they're trying to save you.
