Starting up the rp awards again

HELLO EVERYONE! I hope you had a very Merry Christmas and loved that delicous food! Today is 12/26/15 and I'm making this forum about Starting up the rp awards!
NOTE: I POSTED IT HERE SO PEOPLE WILL SEE IT! THE RP FORUMS ARE DEAD!
Now let's get to the point on why I want it back.
1. Attracting more rpers.
Plaza is dying one member at a time. Plus the number of rpers are shrinking. My theroy is that if we get this back running, people will be rping more often.
2. Having fun
Now some people may say it won't and some say it will, it don't matter. Since I'm not an older plazaian, I know little about how these rp awards. I hope this will attract people that love to win stuff and have some friendly compitition.
3. To let PokeCat in peace.
There are some users bugging PokeCat to start these back up constantly. I hope this will take their mind off PokeCat.
How am I running this? Well, I will either post another fourm to how to run it or have a vote within the Powersurge Government.
