Anyone have any ideas to help me not get super depressed after I just said goodbye to my dad, two of my brothers are gone, one of them going through withdrawls and possibly using drugs, and one is in the grace unit after he said he's going to commit suicide?

(Yes this is another personal thread, I know. This forum is full of them. -_-' )
