Okay so my phone's clock is messed up

On my phone, the time settings display the correct time and time zone. I'll use an example time: It says 10:00 AM.
My weather app, showing the correct town I am in, says it's 7:00 AM.
And finally, my apps say my messages were sent at 1:00 PM.

What is going on and how do I fix it
